#20 - Sympathy Cards

This week at Sugar Creek Hollow we are challenging you to make vintage, shabby chic or primitive SYMPATHY cards.

These are not the most fun to make because of the occasion but they can be the easiest, especially if you think elegant and fairly clean.

One important note - we love seeing all of your wonderful work and we will make every effort to come to visit you and comment but we are a vintage, shabby chic and primitive challenge blog so if your card doesn't fit in one of those styles, you are not eligible to win any of the prizes. Please make sure your entry fits within both the style and the challenge theme.

We have a returning sponsor this week, Robyn's Fetish, who will be providing a prize to one random winner of 5 images from the Robyn's Fetish store. The random winner will also receive a winner's badge from Sugar Creek Hollow.

# 19 - Summer Days

Welcome to Sugar Creek Hollow and another fun challenge called SUMMER DAYS.  We want you to think about what summer means to you and then create a vintage, shabby chic or primitive card to tell us what that is.

If you are in a good portion of the United States and north into Canada you are thinking about oppressive heat so how do you translate that into a vintage card - hmmmm?

We will be choosing one random winner who will receive a digi of our choice along with a winner's badge to display. The Design Team will choose their Top Pick and that creator will receive a winner's badge but will also be in the running for a monthly Guest Designer spot.

Summer means something different to each of our designers and they have made some wonderful inspiration for you.
