#47 - Romantic Love

This week here at Sugar Creek Hollow, we want you to make Vintage or Shabby Chic cards or other paper-crafted projects that depict ROMANTIC LOVE.  Since February 14th is fast approaching, your project could be for Valentine's Day or it could also be for a special Anniversary or even for a Wedding.

Please note that we have changed the rules ever so slightly.  As always, your project must follow the challenge theme or your entry will be deleted and you will be notified.  From now on, if your entry is not vintage or shabby chic, we will still comment on it but you will not be eligible to win any of the prizes.

We will choose one random winner who will receive a digi of our choice along with at winner's badge to display. The Design Team will also choose their Top Pick and that creator will receive a winner's badge but will also be in the running for a monthly Guest Designer spot.

Our wonderful designers have created some gorgeous inspiration for you.  If you are new to vintage or shabby chic, please take time to visit their blogs and you will get some ideas.  These styles don't always have to incorporate lots of embellishments so you can start to build your expertise slowly - just make sure you have the right type of image or the right look to your card or other project.

Welcome to another Saturday and a new challenge.  This week let's see vintage or shabby chic cards or other paper-crafted projects with LOTS OF LAYERS.  If you live where it has been really, really cold this week like I have (-22C yesterday - brrr), the only way to stay warm has been by wearing lots of layers so this is a well-timed challenge.
