If you have never tried to make a vintage style card, don't be intimidated because you probably already use many of the techniques required, such as distressing. So dig out some ink to make your paper look old, rummage through your button jar or your ribbon scraps and let's see what you can create.
Each week we will choose one random winner, who will receive a free digi of their choice from the Sugar Creek Hollow Shoppe and a badge to display on your blog. If you use a Sugar Creek Hollow image you will get two entries in the random draw. Just follow the instructions on the sidebar to link your second entry.
Each week the Design Team will choose a Card of the Week and the creator of that card will get a badge to display. One overall winner will be chosen each month from the Cards of the Week. That person will be invited to be a Guest Designer and participate in the next challenge. An image will be provided to them to work with. The Card of the Week prize will be given when we have a minimum of 10 entries.
Now...before we get into our challenge I want to share a "New Image Reveal" with you. This is our new "Get-Well" Vintage label designed by our tutorial artist Mary.
Our designers all used the same image this week and have created some wonderful and very different inspiration for you and we hope you will check the details out on their blogs by clicking on their name.
The deadline for Sweet Vintage Valentines is Friday, February 4th at Midnight EST.
