April Sketch Challenge

It is Sensational Saturday and we hope that means you are going to have a lovely spring day where you are. That also means we have a new challenge for you. This week we have a great sketch and would love to see your take on it. Please feel free to rotate it or flip it but make sure that we can still see the sketch in your creations.

Each week we will choose one random winner, who will receive a free digi of their choice from the Sugar Creek Hollow Shoppe and a badge to display on your blog. If you use a Sugar Creek Hollow image you will get two entries in the random draw. Just follow the instructions on the sidebar to link your second entry.

Each week the Design Team will choose a Card of the Week and the creator of that card will get a badge to display. One overall winner will be chosen each month from the Cards of the Week. That person will be invited to be a Guest Designer and participate in the next challenge. An image will be provided to them to work with.

Our designers have created some wonderful inspiration for you and we hope you will check the details out on their blogs by clicking on their name.

We wish to thank Darlene, who joined us for the month of March as a Guest Designer and welcome Patti who is going to be with us for the month of April.

Welcome to the Sugar Creek Hollow Challenge Blog, please read the rules before entering our challenge.

There will be a new challenge every second Saturday and you have until midnight EST on the Friday before the next challenge is posted to enter.

You may combine your entry with as many other challenges as you like, however please do not link back to old work. Your entries must be linked to the specific blog post and not your main URL. You must also provide a link to the Sugar Creek Hollow Challenge in your post.

Your project must be a card or other paper crafting item, such as a scrapbook layout, box, tag, etc. Your project must be made in a vintage or shabby chic style. Projects that are not vintage or shabby chic will not be eligible to win any prizes.

You may use any images on your project but your project must follow the challenge as defined. Any entries not meeting the challenge rules will be removed.

You may make a maximum of 3 different entries to the challenge.

Prizes will only be awarded if there are a minimum of 9 eligible entries.
